Payments must move through several stages before they are completed: Approve, Sign, Payshift (if applicable), Disburse, Processing, and Completed. To learn more about setting up payments, please refer to the Updating Payment Status.
You can track the status of a payment from the Payments dashboard and within Batches.
Using the left-hand navigation bar, select Payments. You will be taken to a dashboard that lists all active Batches.
Payment Status is found under the sixth column of the table. You will either see a red Incomplete label or a blue Completed label. The payment will not be listed as completed until it has been received by the Payee (the final step in the payment timeline).
To see the full Payment timeline, select a Batch from the table. Within the Batch, navigate to the All Payments table and select the individual check you want to track. The timeline on the right side of the pop-up window will show you the current payment stage.
