Manage your CashCloud subscriptions, add payment methods, and see your billing history.

The Plans & Billing page allows you to manage your CashCloud subscriptions, add payment methods, and see your billing history.

To get started, select Settings from the left sidebar. Under the Company subgroup, select Plans & Billing.

Manage Your Subscriptions

The Subscription Plan tab allows you to see your active CashCloud plan as well as all other available plans. Use the buttons on the right of the screen to toggle between Monthly and Annual plans.

If you would like to change your current plan to one of our other options, click the Talk to Sales button under the appropriate plan to get started with one of our sales representatives.

To manage your current subscription, select the Manage Subscription button under your Current Plan.

You will be redirected to our Stripe landing page where you have the option to edit your payment method, add a new payment method, change your billing information, and view your invoice history.

Update Payment Methods

You can use a Credit or Debit card, Apple Pay, or Cash App to pay for your CashCloud plan.

To add a payment method, select Add Payment Method and input your new information in the appropriate fields. To save your information, click Add.

To delete a payment method or change your default payment method, click the three dots to the right of the desired payment method and select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu.

To update your billing information, select Update Information and fill out the required Name and Email fields. Select Save to finalize.

Access Billing History

There are two ways to access your Billing History for your CashCloud Plan. One is through the Plans & Billing page, and the other is from the Stripe landing page.

To view your Billing History from the Plans & Billing page, select the Billing History tab.

At the top of the page, a dashboard will show you your current Cost per User, as well as how much you are spending on Check, ACH, and eCheck payments.

Below that, you will find a table that shows the monthly subscription payments you have made. It provides an at-a-glance view of the statement ID, billing method, billing type, billing status, billing period, and amount.

To view an individual statement, select the purple eye icon under the Action column. This will redirect you to a new page where you have the option to download the invoice or view the statement. Both options will redirect you to the Stripe landing page.

To view your Billing History directly from the Stripe landing page, select the date of the invoice you wish to view under Invoice History.

A pop-up window will open and give you the option to download your invoice and your receipt.
