To use our electronic payment features (Positive Pay and Direct Deposit/ACH), you must have a Bank linked to your CashCloud account. These Banks will be associated with the Bank Accounts that will be used to associate Payments.

To get started, use the left navigation sidebar to select Settings. Under the Banks subgroup, select Banks. The page will refresh to display a dashboard listing all existing banks linked to your CashCloud account. To search for a specific bank, use the search bar on the upper left side of the page.

Add a New Bank

  1. Select the purple Create Bank button on the top right corner of the page.

  2. Fill out the information fields with your bank’s name, country, and address information. If you would like to add a photo that will be associated with your bank, click the purple plus and choose a photo from your local files.

  3. Select the type of payment you plan to make from this bank. You can choose to allow Positive Pay, Direct Deposit (ACH), or both. You must select at least one payment type to save a bank to your profile.

  4. Add your bank’s Account Number Format. This is the length of the account number for each bank account associated with the bank. For example, if your bank account number has eight digits, input “8” in the information field. Select whether your account number filler is “0” or “spaces”.

  5. Add your bank’s Transit Fraction Information. This number is used to determine the original bank that your checks are getting paid by and is usually located in the upper right corner of your check.

  6. To save your bank, select the purple Create Bank button on the top right of the page.

Manage Existing Banks

The Banks dashboard provides an at-a-glance of the banks you currently have linked to your CashCloud account. You can see the bank name, location, Zip code, and payment types you have authorized.

To edit or delete an existing bank, select the purple View button on the specific bank you would like to view. After you have finished editing the information fields, select the purple Update Bank button at the top right of the page.

To delete a bank from your CashCloud account, select the Delete Bank button at the top right of the page. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your action. This will remove the bank and all associated accounts from your CashCloud profile.
