Getting Started with CashCloud

Welcome to CashCloud! This guide will help you navigate through your initial setup and guide you from onboarding to completing your first payment. Follow the steps below based on your plan type: CashCloud Free, Pro, or Enterprise.

Step 1: Registration, Pre-Onboarding, and Onboarding

CashCloud Free Plan

  1. Sign Up: Complete the registration form available on the CashCloud website.

  2. Pre-Onboarding Questionnaire: After logging in, fill out the short pre-onboarding questionnaire to help tailor your experience.

  3. Onboarding Tasks: Access your onboarding tasks from the header to start setting up your account. These tasks will guide you through setting up essential features like setting your bank accounts, and the approval workflows that will be required for each payment.

Pro and Enterprise Plans

  1. Admin Invitation: Your Admin/Owner will receive an invitation to join the platform from the CashCloud team.

  2. Follow all above steps to complete Pre-Onboarding and Onboarding.

Step 2: Creating Your First Payment Batch

Payments are grouped into batches. Payments can only be sent as part of a batch, even if it is the only payment included in a batch.

  1. Go to the Payments tab and select Create Batch.

  2. Assign the batch to a bank account and add payments either manually or by importing them from an Excel file.

  3. Make sure each payment is linked to a payee and contains the correct invoice details.

Additional Support

For Pro and Enterprise clients, ongoing support and training are available as needed. Free plan users can access self-service articles and chat support for additional help.

By following these steps, you'll have your CashCloud account ready to efficiently manage your payments. For more detailed instructions, visit our Knowledge Base or contact support.
