Customize notifications according to your preferences. Receive alerts via email, within the app, or both.

In CashCloud, you can customize notifications according to your preferences. Receive alerts via email, within the app, or both.

Configuring Notification Preferences

  1. Access Notification Settings

    • Navigate to Settings on the left-hand sidebar by clicking the gear icon.

    • Select Notifications from the settings menu to manage your notification preferences.

  2. Choose Your Notification Method

    • At the top of the Notifications page, choose whether to receive notifications via:

      • Email

      • In-App Alerts

      • Both

    • This setting will apply to all notifications.

  3. Customize Notification Categories

    • CashCloud allows you to opt-in to notifications for specific categories. The categories include:

      • Bank Account: Notifications when a bank account is created, updated, or deleted.

      • Payee: Alerts when a payee is created, updated, or completes onboarding.

      • Batch: Notifications when a batch is created or deleted.

      • Approvals & Signatures Workflows: Alerts for actions taken on workflow approvals or signatures.

      • Role Permissions: Notifications for changes to role permissions.

      • Reprint: Alerts when a check is reprinted.

    • To enable or disable notifications for any category, use the slider next to each option. If the slider is purple, notifications are enabled; if gray, they are disabled.

  4. Assign Users to Notifications

    • For each notification type, you can assign specific internal users or external contacts to receive
