Receive help from CashCloud's around-the-clock support team

CashCloud offers 24/7 support for users via the CashCloud Support chat module. You can access the chat window by clicking the purple chat icon in the bottom left corner of your screen, or by selecting Get Support from the left sidebar.

Once selected, the Support chat will open on the left side of your screen. To message our team, click Send us a message.

Type your message to our team in the text box. You can add a GIF, emoji, or attachment to your message by selecting the various icons on the right side of the message box.

To send your message, select the purple Send icon that appears once you start typing. After your message is sent, you can exit the chat by hitting the back arrow at the top of the window. You will receive a notification when our team responds.

To review past messages with CashCloud Support, click the Messages tab at the bottom of the chat module. Any previous messages with our support team will be shown here.

Typically, our support team will respond to your inquiry in under 15 minutes..
