CashCloud keeps an internal record of all the errors that have occurred in your company. Errors can be any request or action that fails to process within the CashCloud system.
To view these errors, select Settings from the left sidebar. Then, select Error Logs. All past errors will appear in a table view that includes the error details, ID/Module, status, and date.
To sort the table by one of these specific categories, click the arrows next to the category name. If the up arrow is highlighted, the table is sorted in ascending order. If the down arrow is highlighted, the table is sorted in descending order.
If you would like to view all errors within a specific time frame, select the From - To dropdown on the top left of the table. Use the calendar to select your desired dates. The table will automatically update to reflect your choice. To clear your date filter, select the X next to the date range.
To download your error logs for offline reference, click the purple Download Logs button on the top right of the table. Your download will begin automatically.
Note: You may need to approve downloads from CashCloud in order to download your error logs. If a pop-up window appears asking if you would like to allow downloads from our website, click allow. You can change these settings through your browser at any time.
