The Dashboard is a high-level view of your entire Payment ecosystem, helping you understand historical spending trends & outstanding actions

Payments Pending

The Payments Pending section provides an at-a-glance view of the number of Payments that require action in the Approval, Signature, and Disbursement stages.

You can filter the Payments Pending section by the following criteria:

  • Bank Accounts

  • Currency

  • Date:

    • Last 30 days

    • Previous Month

    • This month

    • Custom Date

  • Payment Types:

    • Check

    • eCheck

    • ACH/EFT

Apply filters by selecting your criteria and clicking Apply Filters. You can clear filters by clicking Clear All Filters.

Click the Action button to see the relevant payments. In this section, administrators or owners can send reminders to approvers, signers, or disbursers assigned to the payments. The recipients will receive an email and SMS notification.

Payment History

The Payment History section helps you understand your payment type distribution and provides a panoramic view of your accounts payable spend over the last 30 days.

You can filter the Payment History section by:

  • Bank Accounts

  • Currency

  • Payment Types:

    • Check

    • eCheck

    • ACH/EFT

Apply filters by selecting your criteria and clicking Apply Filters. You can clear filters by clicking Clear All Filters.

The graphical representation shows the total payments for the selected period. You can hover over the chart to see details and click on items in the legend to filter them out. Similarly, use the checkboxes in the top right corner to filter by Check, eCheck, ACH, or All.

Recent Batches

The Recent Batches section displays the most recently created batches across all accounts and payment types.

You can filter the Recent Batches section by:

  • Batch ID

  • Bank Accounts

  • Batch Status:

    • Incomplete

    • Completed

    • Empty

  • Date

Apply filters by selecting your criteria and clicking Apply Filters. You can clear filters by clicking Clear All Filters.

For each batch, the following details are displayed:

  • Source account/import type

  • Pending payments categorized by payment type (ACH, Check, eCheck)

  • Completed status

  • Date

When users click on the eye icon next to a batch, they are taken to the payments inside the batch.

Reprinted, Voided, and Rejected Payments

The sections for Reprinted, Voided, and Rejected payments provide data about these payments. Users can view the information, but no specific actions are available in these sections.

General Dashboard Functions

Another notable feature on the Dashboard is the ability to send reminders for pending payments. Administrators or owners can initiate reminders to approvers, signers, or disbursers assigned to the payments. The recipients will receive an email and SMS notification.

Additional Functionalities

The Dashboard provides an overview of payments, including pending approvals, signatures, and disbursements. Users can interact with the pie chart to see detailed information and filter out specific data points by clicking on the legend. The graphical representation of payment trends helps users monitor the overall status of payments and take necessary actions to ensure smooth processing.
