Configuring session expiration time in CashCloud helps you control how long you remain idle before your session automatically ends. This enhances security by reducing the risk of unauthorized access if a session is left unattended.
Access Advanced Security Settings
Navigate to Settings: On the left-hand sidebar, click the Settings icon (gear icon).
Go to Advanced Security: From the settings menu, select Advanced Security under the Users & Permissions section.
Enable and Set Idle Time
Toggle Idle Time On: In the Advanced Security section, locate the Idle Time option. Toggle the switch to enable session expiration.
Set the Expiration Duration: Specify how long a user can remain idle before their session expires. You can choose the duration based on your security needs.
Save Changes
Click Save Changes: After setting the session expiration time, click the Save Changes button to apply the configuration.
Automatic Logout: Once the configured idle time is reached, you will be automatically logged out. They will need to log in again to continue their session.
