CashCloud allows you to control how long a user can remain inactive before their session automatically expires. Setting an idle timeout helps improve security by reducing the risk of unauthorized access if someone leaves their session open and unattended.
To configure this setting, go to Settings from the left-hand sidebar. Under the Users & Permissions section, select Advanced Security.
In the Advanced Security page, you’ll find the Idle Time option. Toggle it on to enable automatic session expiration.
Once enabled, you can specify how long a user can remain inactive before being logged out. Choose a duration that aligns with your organization’s security requirements.
After setting the desired time, click Save Changes to apply the update.
Once the configured idle time is reached, the user will be automatically logged out and will need to sign in again to continue their session.
