Configuring permissions in CashCloud allows you to control what each team member can access and manage within your workspace. Follow these steps to set up and customize permissions for your users.
Access Users & Permissions:
Navigate to Settings: On the left-hand sidebar, click the Settings icon (gear icon).
Go to User Management: From the settings menu, select User & Permissions.
Choose a User: In the User Management section, find the user whose permissions you want to configure. Click on the โ๏ธ icon next to their name to open their details.
Adjust User Information, Roles, and Payors
General Info: On the user details page, you can see and edit general information, such as:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Country Code
Phone Number
Assign Roles and Payors
Assign a Role: Determine the basic set of permissions the user will have. You can create a new role if none of the current ones meet the range of access this user will need.
Assign a Payor: Choose one or more Payors to associate with the user. This specifies which entities the user can act on behalf of within the system.
Click Update User to confirm changes.
