Integrating CashCloud with various applications enables seamless data management and synchronization. This guide covers setting up integrations with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Slack.

Create New API Integrations

  1. Access Integration Settings: Navigate to Settings > Data Groups > Integrations.

  2. Select Integration Type: Choose from QuickBooks Desktop, Quickbooks, Xero, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 Business Central, or Slack.

  3. Configure Integration-Specific Settings

    • QuickBooks:

      • Time Span: Specify how far back you want to sync data.

      • Download Filter: Choose if you want to include Only Print Later, No Print Later, or all inputs

      • After clicking Create Data Source, a new window will open, prompting you to log in and authenticate your Intuit account with CashCloud.

    • QuickBooks Desktop:

      • Connection URL: Provide the URL used for your connection

      • Username and Password: Enter your credentials.

      • Time Span: Specify how far back you want to sync data.

    • Xero:

      • Time Span: Specify how far back you want to sync data.

      • After clicking Create Data Source, a new window will open, prompting you to log in and authenticate your Xero account with CashCloud.

    • NetSuite:

      • Time Span: Specify how far back you want to sync data.

      • After clicking Create Data Source, a new modal will open, prompting you to add your Account ID, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret to log in and authenticate your Oracle NetSuite account with CashCloud.

    • Dynamics 365 Business Central:

      • Time Span: Specify how far back you want to sync data.

      • After clicking Create Data Source, a new window will open, prompting you to log in and authenticate your Microsoft account with CashCloud.

    • Slack:

      • Time Span: Specify how far back you want to sync data.

      • After clicking Create Data Source, a new window will open, prompting you to log in and authenticate your Slack account with CashCloud.
