CashCloud provides secure and reliable cloud printing capabilities for all your payment needs. Cloud printing allows you the freedom to print from anywhere, without the need for specialized hardware.
To get started, select Settings from the left sidebar. Under the Company subgroup, select Printers. This dashboard allows you to manage all printers associated with your company and see their status (e.g. Ready, Offline).
To get started, download the CashCloud print software by clicking on Download print app. Then, you will be instructed on how to set up the CashCloud cloud printing software.
To manage an existing printer, select View on the desired printer entry. You can edit the General Information which includes the External printer ID and the selection of trays.
CashCloud’s cloud printing allows users to effortlessly print checks from one tray stocked with check-specific paper, while dispatching overflow or invoice details from another tray loaded with standard paper. Simply use the dropdown menus under Checks Tray and Overflow Tray to customize your paper type and settings.
Viewing Print Job History
Each printer in CashCloud includes a Print Jobs History tab where you can review recent printing activity for that printer.
To view it, open the printer from the Printers page, then select the Print Jobs History tab. Here, you’ll see a list of print jobs associated with that printer, including the payment ID, payment type, status, creation date, and result.
The status helps you quickly understand whether a print job was completed successfully or if it failed. If a job failed, the Result column will show a brief message explaining what happened, such as an issue with Infinity Cloud or a problem printing the check.
You can search for a specific print job by Payment ID or use Manage Columns to show, hide, or reorder the table columns based on what you want to review.
